Gary F. Smith

Born in Brooklyn, NYC. Feb 15th 1948, Mr. Smith has lived his entire life in the metropolitan New York area. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law with honors in 1973, and was admitted to the bar in 1974. He has continuously engaged in the private practice of law for nearly 35 years.

Mr. Smith practiced corporate law in Manhattan and became a partner in a midtown law firm in January of 1977. Gary opened his first law office on April 1, 1979 and has been continuously engaged in the private practice of law in Nassau and Suffolk counties since that time.

Over the past 30 years, Gary Smith has concentrated his practice extensively in the following areas of legal expertise:

• Estate Planning and Administration Preparation of Wills, Trusts, & other Estate Planning Documents
• Commercial law, including sale and purchase of businesses, formation of Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, and other commercial entities
