We stand ready, willing, and able to obtain compensation for our clients who may have been injured in automobile or other accidents, including negotiation of settlements and benefits with insurance carriers and litigation of our clients' cases in the appropriate courts of the state of New York, so as to obtain just compensation for their injuries, as well as their pain and suffering. We also represent the interests of survivors of loved ones who may have been victims of wrongful death.

We have represented the interests of individuals, as well as other commercial entities (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, etc.) as both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation matters.
