We have extensive experience in all areas of real estate, including sale and purchase of residential real property, condominiums, and cooperative apartments for individual clients. We represent builders, speculators, and investors in purchase and acquisition of both commercial and residential properties, as well as vacant land for future commercial or residential development. Our firm has handled thousands of these transactions over the past 30 years.

We take special pride in giving personal attention to first time home buyers, as well as sellers preparing to embark on their unique adventure of retirement including downsizing locally, or relocation to another area.
